# Identify , interview and select new agents
# Undertake joint field work with agents and demonstrate successful sales skills
# Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents
# Attainment of individual sales targets.
The salary band for this role is upto 4 lakhs . However , please note that the individual salary
offered will be decided by the company on a case to case basis.
